Is there an example of the weapon / armor template that has all the other stats like Int, FIR+, STRM+?

Hello Mur. I saw your post on MWUsers.com which led me to this site. Although I had never heard of the game NEStalgia, and have only played it once (a few mins ago), I think that I would like to help you in the development of this site.

I have experience in Skin design, MediaWiki core file modifications, LocalSettings.php customization, extension installation, and EXTREMELY complex templates. On my main wiki, every single page is completely created through the use of templates. I know everything there is to know about template creation and can help you in anyway you need. To put it another way, I know how to do everything and if this is your first wiki, I know you will be in need of guidance. As I look around this site, I can see many things that can improve it. You already have a good strong start and I would love to give you a hand if you would like my help.
