Directions Obtain the quest from General Wash next to The Colosseum during the Balzackian Dependence Day event. Receive a Dependence Day Token Bag from General Wash Fight the enemies within the reenactment area just past General Wash in order to gather the 10 Dependence Tokens you require to complete the quest. Return to General Wash to collect your spoils.
