| Effect: | Uses the caster's HP to restore the HP of the entire party aside from the caster. In the case of ShiftWave being cast by a companion held in reserve, it will target all three active party members. ShiftWave's base healing per target is equal to its cost unless all targets are Warlocks or companions that use HP for casting. In such a case ShiftWave's base healing is equal to the caster's current level.
Note: Bonuses from +HEAL and the Shifty milestone/trait do not apply if all targets are either a Warlock or a companion that uses HP for casting. |
