 Effect: Puts a non-elemental damage effect on each target for three turns. Damage dealt by Leech is returned to the caster as HP. Leech can not deal more damage to a target than it has in remaining HP (i.e., on a target with 30 HP remaining Leech will deal no more than 30 damage).
