Directions Talk to Silk in Steamonia after receiving the Dream Stone and sleeping at an Inn. Noggin Crabs can be found by traversing the tower that is Steamonia. Defeat 15 Noggin Crabs to receive Noggin Crab Shells, you receive one per battle. Return to Silk. NOTE: You also receive 50 Reputation depending on which Flag you raised before turning in the quest.
