Curse (status)

This debuff reduces the effectiveness of all in-battle forms of HP restoration by roughly half. Warlocks can reduce this penalty by adding points to the Curse Breaker branch of their Occultist skill tree, although it will only reduce the penalty on healing items/skills that they use.
