NEStalgia Version Notes The following is a list of the documented changes for each NEStalgia update provided by the development team. Keep in mind that some changes may not be documented, therefore these lists are not always 100% percent complete.

v1.38

 * Bug Fix: There was a small mapping error in the Arctic Overworld.
 * Players creating a new character will now be transferred to an external character creation server. This should help to drastically reduce lag on all servers.
 * Additional autosave points have been added in order to help alleviate savefile rollbacks during the rare event of a server crash.
 * Server names are now displayed in the title bar of the main game window
 * A large moderation team has been appointed to monitor and keep the peace on all servers.

v1.37

 * The sprites for Slimes, Tree Spiders, Mini Mages, Terwasps, Gloummuses, and Ghosts have been either heavily modified or completely redone.
 * Servers that are being hit by many simultaneous logins from first time players can now be configured to redirect that traffic to other servers.

v1.36

 * Bug Fix: During server lag spikes certain HUD buttons would not clear from the screen fast enough, allowing players to inadvertently double click them. This resulted in issues like the "Quest Skipping" bug, etc.
 * Bug Fix: Party order sorting could cause glitches if it happened at the exact moment that another player left the party.
 * Bug Fix: Patrolling NPC Guards could see through the wall of the far-right cell in the Balzackian dungeon and catch players hiding within.
 * Bug Fix: The "Page 2" button on the character loading screen was not always popping up for players who had character files saved on the second page.
 * Bug Fix: The character classes displayed for files on the character loading screen were sometimes glitched or incorrect.
 * Bug Fix: Several Ninja character sprites had skin textures that were not recoloring properly.
 * Bug Fix: Players could be attacked or prompted with invitations during the Shade's intro animation.
 * Monsters that are much weaker than your party may now attempt to flee from battle.

v1.35

 * Bug Fix: Soft server reboots were not closing BYOND Interface Panels (the guild interface etc)
 * Keyboard functions (except those related to movement) can no longer be held down and spammed.
 * The Shade will now automatically attack players if they attempt to "hold" it by talking to it repeatedly.
 * "Set Gear" is a new type of equipment that gives extra bonuses for equipping multiple pieces of gear from the same set. No new items have been added to the game, although existing items have been changed to become Set Gear pieces. Those modified items include the PvP Emblem reward gear at the Colosseum.
 * The "Scroll of New You" has become the "Sacred Scroll of Rebirth". This scroll must now be used in Ennar, but automatically takes you to the character re-customization screen instead of asking you to relog.

v1.34

 * NEStalgia subscribers now have access to 8 additional character save slots. **Warning:** If your subscription expires, you will not be able to load characters saved in these slots until you renew it.

v1.33

 * Bug Fix: Inspire was not properly clearing "Slow" status.
 * Guest Keys can now log into NEStalgia, but are not able to save.
 * Several sprites for existing monsters have been changed.

v1.32

 * Bug Fix: Expiring auction items could have become duplicated leading to copies existing in player's vaults and inventories at the same time
 * Bug Fix: Certain submenus could be opened when they shouldn't be, and in rare cases happen during battle obscuring the buttons for attack, magic etc.
 * Bug Fix: There was visual text overlap when two actions(spell cast, item use) were performed at the exact same time in a party

v1.17

The goal is to keep the general 'feel' of the balance the same in PvE, although the stats on all monsters have been altered to accommodate the change. In the next week or so feedback will be critical, and small balance updates and changes will be made frequently based upon your feedback.**
