The Verity passageway is a small tunnel that connects Verity and Piatta under the mountain line. At first the passageway will be blocked by fallen rocks. After progressing the main plot (roughly around the time that boat travel to Nanuk becomes available) the passageway will be cleared out and characters can easily travel between the two areas.
