This will do as a placeholder for now. Having the page blank was irritating me for some reason. In the future, we need to include images of the cape possibilities. As well as the possible colors, but not images of all the possibilities. Just images of the primary color choices, secondary color choices, and the cape design logos.

I redid the look of this page to fit in with the other FAQ sections and entered some basic info, but I'm not a subscriber and honestly don't know that much about the guilds. So it would be great if someone else could fill in the ranks and other things like that. I also agree that it would be great to include colors and pictures so people can see what options there are.
