Color Modifiers

You don't need to list every equipment possibility in the game. Color modifiers are static depending on location. You really only need Caster Tunic.
Worth noting we may need to update the equipment modifiers, or at least a few of them. The ones on Old wiki are wrong in some cases (Charged Arctic is 8 int, not 6). Perhaps use existing data to update and bring this table over for the armors. -TalZahn 17:43, 19 March 2011 (CDT)
