Spirit has no opposing element, unlike ice and fire. Monsters of this element tend to be weak against storm damage and resistant to physical/melee damage. Examples of spirit element creatures are Ghosts, Sentries, and some of the Spectres that roam the halls of the Black Sanctum.  None of the classes in the game appear to have access to spirit element spells or skills.
