 Effect: Prevents or lowers encounters with monsters. The effect of Repel is based on the level of the party leader, not of the caster. If the caster is a Ranger who has invested points in the Awareness branch of their Hunter tree, the effect of Repel against stronger monsters will be increased by 25 to 50%.
