Which is recommended for me?
This choice is based on what class you are, and how you're going to play.

Cleric
*Playing Solo

It's advised to use Eclipse since it has resistance to all magic types, and as a cleric your skills consist mostly of healing, which Eclipse gives a %5 Bonus on. The best alternative but not unrecommended would be Crescent Moon, simply for the Physical Damage boost. It's highly unrecommended to use New Moon or Full Moon.

*Playing in a Group

It's strictly Eclipse, no other alternative. Being in a group you're main focus as a Cleric is to heal the party and to buff. Using Crescent, New, or Full Moon will have no benefits for anyone.

Conjurer
Conjurers possess both healing and elemental skills which lets any of the moon blessing choice be viable. At this time, conjurers do not possess a storm element spell, so that narrows your choice to Eclipse, New Moon or Full Moon. A conjurer's fire spells have the lowest damage output, and also the lowest MP use so you may wish to boost the performance of those with the Full Moon option. Their ice spells are more powerful, yet use more MP, but the New Moon blessing is ideal for someone that likes to play a more offensive minded conjurer. Should you want to take on a focus on healing, choose the Eclipse blessing. Also note that your milestone choices can help to compliment or further enhance your moon blessing selection.

Merchant
Merchants don't possess any elemental attacks so their focus is picking the blessing which provides the best non-elemental option. That would be the Crescent Moon option which gives a boost to their already decent physical attacks. Merchants have fairly good defense, so bonus to dodging isn't very helpful, but they may wish to go for bonus crit even though that is their only option for increasing their critical hit chance. While merchants to possess a self healing spell, it's not enough to justify taking the eclipse blessing which does not play to a merchant's strengths.

Ninja
The moon blessing you choose will directly influence which skill you pick for your level 10 milestone choice. The level 10 milestone gives you the choice between 3 elemental physical attacks, FireKick, IcePunch, and StormSlap, all of which will be boosted by the elemental blessing. From a pure strength standpoint, the Crescent Moon blessing will provide the best boost with both a bonus to the element and physical damage. The Eclipse blessing provides no tangible benefit to a ninja and should never be picked.

Ranger
Full Moon and New Moon provide elemental boosts to fire and ice, but rangers do not have access to fire or ice spells. That only leaves the choice between Crescent Moon and Eclipse. Crescent Moon will provide boosts to your storm elemental spells as well as your physical attacks, but Eclipse will provide bonuses to healing if you decide you want to take on more of a clerics role as you also possess an array of healing abilities. Do note that your level 20 milestone choice also gives you a choice between more storm damage or more healing, which can further bolster or compliment your moon blessing choice.

Soldier
The best Moon blessing option for soldiers would be Crescent Moon as it provides bonus damage which will enhance your already powerful physical attacks. The only other option would be the Full Moon blessing if you want to increase your chance of scoring bone crushing critical hits. The New Moon blessing provides bonus to dodging, but your already high defense means you take very little from physical attacks and you cannot dodge magical attacks anyway.

Warlock
Warlocks are the one class that can benefit from any of the four moon blessing choices as they have access to both an elemental skill and healing abilities. Should you wish to focus on more of a cleric's role choose the Eclipse blessing, otherwise you should pair your level 10 milestone ability choice with your moon blessing. Crescent moon should then pair with StormTap, New Moon with IceTap and Full Moon with FireTap.

Wizard
The Eclipse blessing provides no real benefit for a wizard, leaving them one of the toughest choices of all of the classes. The presence of spell damage caps means that bonus to elements are critical if you want to get the most damage potential out of your spells since those bonuses are added to damage following any damage limits. Fire spells possess the lowest damage cap, but also the lowest MP usage, so you may wish to choose Full Moon to get the best performance out of those. Ice spells have the next highest damage cap, but also use significantly more MP. Those people looking for the best combination of damage and MP use should consider the New Moon blessing. Finally, storm spells have the highest damage cap, but also are most costly in terms of MP. Those people looking to dish out some serious damage should consider the Crescent Moon option. Note that whatever blessing you pick, you will have the option later on to further boost your moon blessing element or choose to bolster one of the two remaining ones via a milestone choice.
