Directions

1. Obtain the quest from Celina in Nanuk.
2. Obtain an Ice Bloom Specimen Jar from Celina.
3. Find and kill three Ice Blooms. Ice Blooms occasionally appear around Nanuk and in the southern region of the Arctic alongside two Pengies.
4. Bring the full specimen jar to Celina.
